Individual Therapy

Therapy is available in-person and online, starting with a no obligation initial consultation to explore whether working together feels right.

Each and every session provides a quiet, uninterrupted space where you can speak freely and reflect on whatever feels important — thoughts, feelings, memories, dreams, experiences and challenges in your life. There’s no agenda or pressure to perform, and no judgement. Therapy can be short-term to help you through a current period, or open-ended and longer-term, depending on your individual needs.

My role is to listen closely, help you make connections, and bring attention to the deepest roots of feelings and patterns, past and present. I am equipped with gold-standard training and most importantly, genuine care for each client. Undertaking this kind of exploration together can lead to deeper self-understanding, emotional relief, and meaningful change.

Work with Organisations

I support organisations to strengthen their mental health provision, reduce burnout, and flourish through improved wellbeing. Through freelance projects and ongoing partnerships, I equip leaders and teams with fresh strategy, new resources and training. Iprovide reflective space to bring greater awareness, clarity, and insight to complex working environments, helping organisations to understand their dynamics, improve use of resources, and make more thoughtful, sustainable decisions. Unlike generic coaches and consultants, I take on only projects which closely align with my skills and passions, ensuring efficacy and authenticity of input. My work so far has helped charities, educational settings, faith groups, and other institutions seeking to improve wellbeing and productivity, sustainably.

About Me

My approach is grounded in psychodynamic thinking — blending classical psychoanalytic ideas with contemporary insights and the latest research. I also draw on CBT and other therapeutic techniques when helpful, always aiming to meet the individual needs of each person I work with.

I am a member of BACP Spirituality Division, UPCA (UKCP branch for Oxford University), ACC's Accredited Register & formerly BABCP. Fully Insured.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or just want to understand yourself better, therapy can offer a way forward.
